housing shortage through research, policy, and direct action.
Our goal is a city where:
There are no homeless living on the street
A diversity of housing choices meets the needs of LA’s diverse
population
No family is rent burdened
Angelenos do not need a car for their day-to-day lives
We support housing for all income levels, including affordable,
mixed-income, and market rate housing. We support social housing and
privately built housing. We do not support housing that will displace
existing residents.
